Cement Australia
Cement Australia’s Railton mine produces around 2Mt/year of limestone, clay and overburden. KRC was brought in initially to carry out an Operational Review and, through analysis of truck movement data, changes to truck scheduling and other factors, has helped to increase tonnes produced per operating hour at the mine by 30% and tonnes per scheduled hour by 55% over a 12-month period.
